The hotel once a prestigious design hotel, now it is passing through an autumn period. The hotel needs on all levels a big redo . The bathrooms are a shame - scratchy - cracky and loose tiles in the bathrooms. The tiny restaurant serves you an ok breakfast and on the night a small a la carte menu. Why you should choose this hotel still - it is the location and the free parking. Anyhow I advise to always negotiate about the rack rate price so it gives you the benefit of not paying too much for this once upon a time design hotel

Good location where you can walk within 15 min to main attractions of Padua. Good Parking lot at hotel. Nice staff, good breakfast, wifi working good. Comfortable and clean room. Rooms are large an well designed although more sockets in the wall near the bed would be better.
Big bathrooms although the shower could have more space for shampoo, etc. Sone of them have curtains which are not useful to keep the water inside the shower.
Breakfast is very nice and is included in the room price. Extras in the breakfast must be paid apart (like scrambled eggs or omelette).
